Completed in 2021, Willow Springs townhomes provided homeownership opportunities for 24 median-income households in Bozeman. All homes were sold to income-qualified buyers below 120% of the Area Median Income. Households on the City of Bozeman Homeownership wait list received priority to purchase.

The homes were priced according to the City of Bozeman’s Affordable Housing Ordinance’s pricing for 2019 at $217,322 and $243,227 for the two and three bedrooms respectively.
