Homebuyers Education
To purchase a Community Land Trust home, the buyer must complete a Homebuyer Education class. There are options for in person or online. The online courses typically take 4–7 hours to complete and are asynchronous, meaning you can work through them at your own pace. Click on the links below to learn more about each option.

Both of the NeighborWorks online courses, eHome America and Framework, have a Spanish option. We can also provide a translator for any 1 -on- 1 appointment through Montana Language Services (MTLS).
