Homebuyers Education
The free HUD Certified Homebuyers Education classes are 7 hours long and cover the aspects of what it takes to buy a home. The course includes presentations from industry professionals. We will also discuss credit, budgeting, and how to figure out if you're ready to buy a home. A one-hour counseling session with us (also at no cost to you) is required to get your certificate of completion. This counseling session looks into your individual situations and discusses your particular needs and finances. Your certification is good for 3 years and is good nation wide.

In order to receive your homebuyer education class certificate of completion, you will need to complete a 1 -on- 1 appointment with one of our HUD-certified housing counselors. This appointment can be in person, over the phone, or virtually and can generally be made to fit your schedule.
