Livingston Land Trust

The Livingston Land Trust provided the first CLT ownership opportunity for residents to purchase in Livingston. Through a partnership with the City of Livingston, HRDC developed 12 townhomes on West Reservoir Street in 1995. Homes sold in the Livingston Land Trust are restricted to households earning at or below 80% of the Area Median Income. The homes are a mix of three and four-bedroom townhomes. Adjacent to the townhomes, HRDC operates 12 rental properties through HRDC’s rental management program Resource Property Management.
